Common questions

How does Fridget suggest recipes? Tell Fridget what's in your fridge — by text, by voice, or by scanning groceries, receipts, or barcodes — and it suggests dishes you can make right now with what you already have.

How do I cook hands-free? Open a recipe and start voice mode. Fridget reads the steps aloud and runs your cook timers, including on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you can keep your hands on the knife.

Does Fridget work with Apple Health? Yes. If you turn it on, the meals you log sync their calories and macros to Apple Health. It's optional and you can disable it anytime in your profile.

How do I manage my leftovers? After you cook, save your leftovers in a tap. Fridget tracks how many portions you have left and reminds you before they go bad.

Your account & data

You're in control of your data. To export or permanently delete your account and all associated data, open the app and go to Profile → Delete account (a two-step confirmation). You can also email joe@mnm-labs.com and we'll take care of it.
